    Ok, so here's the details: Im planning to get a Sidekick 3 but i REALLY want a Sidekick LX but no one sells them here in the Philippines! Only one person on ebay is selling a Sidekick 3 thats from the Philippines. And its 2nd hand and the T- Mobile sign isnt on it so im kinda scared about that but I really want one. Should I take it? In US dollars, its being sold at about $306.00 and in Philippine pesos its 15,000 pesos. Will i be able to use it here and should I go for it? And what are the good things about the Sidekick 3? And the bad things too... Thanks! So of i shouldnt buy it, should I just order from the U.S.? But will it work here if i have it unlocked?

    We are doing well in Philippines, businesses are doing good and life seems so easy. However, we have doubts of our children's future here. In a few years my whole family will be migrating to Canada where my clan had become citizens as early as 30 years ago. We are a bit worried when we have to start from scratch, do studies while working and raising the 3 kids. My wife and I are both licensed professionals here. Your opinions will certainly shed light. Thanks. opps sorry for the error, must have been " Are we on the right track?" Thanks to everyone who spent his/her precious time to give advice. There is no right or wrong in your answers. I would rather not choose who among you had the best answer. If I could, I wouldn't allow anybody to be voted. Thank you for the effort and your advices are greatly appreciated.

    My son will be starting kindergarden soon and I want to know which the best schools in Manila are? I would prefer some place where he can study for many years right upto high school without having to change schools. Cost is not an issue, mainly we need great education, a nice campus and a well rounded syllabus. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much

    An office mate of my mom told her that there are tennis rackets in that so called Raon place in Quiapo. Is it true? From what I've searched, Raon basically sells stuff related to electronics.     im a male, 16 years old from the philippines.. i've been trying these philippine products like for example, eskinol astringent, master facial wash, ponds facial wash, clean and clear facial wash, clean and clear astringent, clearsail facial wash.. waaaahh! but it didn't help me though.. i am really vain when it comes to pimples , coz i sometimes, when going out, i feel like im embarrassed.. && when touching my face, i can't really feel the BUMP on my face, they're just there.. it is scar? blemish? pls. help me.. home remedies?? suggestions?? tnx.. to SOMEONE WHO CARES, there not cyst, theyre jus like a smll pimple thats flat.. its like a scar thingy.. theyre located at the cheeks..

    My boyfriend is deployed in Iraq and we planned that he'd visit me here in manila on his vacation. But he has no passport even if he had been to other countries in line with his work. Will it be possible for him to be allowed in? Can he be covered by the Visiting Forces Agreement? If not, will there be alternatives so his visit can be made possible? pls help.     3 questions: 1. i wanna permanently straighten my hair at a salon in the philippines. r there any other ways to straighten it @ a salon without chemically doing it? cuz chemical can damage it. 2. what lasting hair treatment wont damage your hair? like if you got a full year permanent hair straightening, would it really damage your curly hair? and would it work on really curly frizzy hair? 3.     My bf is a US army soldier. He has been to other countries without a passport. But now that we plan that he visits me here in manila, so he can also meet my family, we want to know if he will be allowed in. What does he need to be allowed? Can the Visiting Forces Agreement be availed of when he will be here for his personal purpose? Pls help.     My mother was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2003 and since then she has slowly been deteriorating in terms of mental health. Although unconfirmed diagnostically, she is showing signs that she is clinically paranoid. She refuses to trust my father and she has shown hostility towards myself, my brother and my father. She hates living here and wants to move to the Philippines which we would support however she gets better treatment here (UK). She won't admit she has any problem and refuses to even entertain the idea that she should see some of of psychotherapist or psychiatrist. What must I do to get the mother I used to know back? The one that isn't hostile towards this family and that genuinely cares about myself and my brother? I have tried convincing her for group family sessions but she doesn't agree and she has relatives in the Philippines. She spent 7 months there and tbh they lack the care to look after her. I do know that she is miserable with us and hates us all. Okay didn't mean to add the same explanation twice! I had considered the possibility of Alzheimer's and dementia previously but it's difficult because my father saw the doctor regarding my mother but he seemed unhelpful (mainly due to confidentiality, but he didn't provide any help or support). I have written a letter to her neurologist explaining the situation but I'm not sure he's altered to dose. I've asked her to schedule a new appointment but she's reluctant to go. I think she thinks we're "plotting" against her. I think she's got some form of psychosis but then again I'm not a doctor. It's such a tricky situation and I'm losing hope of her ever being cured.

    Here in the Philippines it seems to be a town crier, or one who spreads news, makes announcements, etc. by going from house to house. But what is the word's origin?
